General Delivery info

Orders placed before 2:30 PM EST typically ship the same business day from Indianapolis, IN via UPS.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on:

  • Domestic orders over $150

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are limited to addresses within the United States

Delivery Timelines & Responsibility

Delivery timelines are estimated and begin from the shipment date, not the order date. We are not liable for delays due to:

  • Carrier disruptions (e.g., UPS delays)

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Peak sales or holiday volume

UPS will make three delivery attempts. If no one is available and we do not receive further instructions, the package will be returned to us after 5 business days. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Please note: Once a package is marked “Delivered” by UPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location

REFUND POLICY

All our canvas and framed wall art pieces are made with care, and in many cases, customized just for you. To protect our craftsmanship and maintain fairness, we apply the following policy:

Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Only unused, undamaged, and unhung items in original packaging with all protective materials are eligible.

  • Return requests must be submitted with a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your RA. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Final Sale & Custom Orders
  • Custom or personalized pieces (e.g., with names, scriptures, or photos) are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

  • Items marked 50% off or more are also final sale.


Return Shipping
  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable, insured service.

  • Items returned damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus original shipping if applicable) will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank to complete the transaction.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Return Abuse Policy

As a small business, we reserve the right to refuse returns or future orders from customers who:

  • Repeatedly return used or damaged items

  • Attempt to manipulate the return process

  • Submit fraudulent claims

All returns are carefully inspected, and any items not meeting the conditions above will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
